Have questions? We’ve put together clear answers to the most common ones about our websites, pricing, and services to make everything simple and transparent.

  • Our subscription plan has a 12-month minimum. After that, it continues month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Please note: if you cancel, you do not keep the website as we retain ownership. You do, however, keep your domain and logo design (if a logo package add-on was included).

  • If you cancel before the 12-month minimum term, you owe the full cost of what the site would normally cost ($3800 or $6000 depending on your plan) minus whatever you have already paid.

  • The $100 per additional page is a one-time payment at the time the page is added. It is not recurring and is not added to your monthly subscription cost.

  • We send email invoices via Square that has a link to a secure page for adding payment info. Subscriptions are paid with a credit card or debit card and we accept all major credit cards (Auto-pay is an available option). Lump sum projects are paid with ACH bank transfer to minimize processing fees. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS.

  • After you sign a contract (lump sum or monthly subscription), if we cannot design something you are 100% happy with and you no longer want to move forward with design revisions, we will refund you whatever you paid to get started, and will cancel the contract. However, once a design is approved and we move into the development stage, there are no refunds after that point. We’ll work closely with you through revisions to make sure you’re happy with the final result.

  • All invoices include a 7-day grace period for payment. After 7 days, a $25 late fee will be applied. For subscription plans, if multiple monthly invoices remain unpaid, we reserve the right to cancel the contract and require payment of the full site cost. We aim to be flexible and understanding, and we’re always willing to work with clients who communicate with us. However, if there is no response to our messages, we must take necessary steps to protect our time, effort, and business.

  • Yes, subscriptions continue month-to-month after the 12-month minimum. Since we spread out the cost instead of charging a lump sum upfront, it usually takes us 2–3 years to earn what we would from a traditional one-time project. That’s why we hope clients stay with us long term, ideally 5 years or more. By then, your website should be generating far more value than the $175/month investment, essentially paying for itself. Our goal is to provide ongoing value so you’ll want to continue with us for years to come.

  • With a monthly subscription, you’ll pay more over time, but the smaller monthly payments make it easier to manage. A lump-sum payment costs more upfront but saves money in the long run since you’re covering design and development all at once. Choosing between the two depends on your cash flow and goals: if you prefer manageable monthly payments, the subscription is ideal; if you want to pay once and save over time, the lump-sum option is best.

  • Yes and no. SEO has two main parts: on-page and off-page. On-page SEO covers everything on your website, such as content, load times, accessibility, and layout. Off-page SEO involves activities outside your site, like link building, guest posting, and citations. Our website packages include some on-page SEO features, like fast load times, accessibility, meta tags, sitemap generation, Google Search Console setup, and basic content optimization. However, SEO is an ongoing process, and comprehensive work beyond our package would require a dedicated SEO specialist.   • Yes, you always own your domain. The same goes for your logo, if you elected to one of our logo add-on packages.

  • SEO is a long-term strategy, and results usually take time. Most websites start seeing noticeable improvements within 3–6 months, but it can take 6–12 months (or longer) to reach full potential depending on competition, industry, and ongoing optimization efforts.

  • We typically complete websites within 2–4 weeks, depending on how quickly clients provide content and images. Some sites can be finished in 2 weeks, while others may take 3–4 weeks. If you add a logo package, please allow an additional 1–2 weeks for design and revisions, depending on how quickly we receive feedback.

  • No. If you cancel your subscription, ownership of the website does not transfer, and the site will no longer be accessible. However, your domain and logo (if included) will always be yours.

  • To request edits, simply contact us via olwd.info@gmail.com with your requested changes. Requests are typically processed promptly according to our workflow and revision timelines.
